Cancellation Policy

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or life happenings. If an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance a late cancel/no show free will apply. Insurance and sliding scale fees are not applicable to the late cancellation fee. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain availability for all of our clients.
